For more than two decades, TFC Homes has built and renovated houses across Boston and Cape Cod: coastal properties that face weather most builders never contend with, and city homes with two centuries of history in their bones.
Again and again, owners came back with the same request. Not another project. Someone to simply look after the house. Someone who understood how it was put together, who would notice the flashing before the ceiling stained, and who would take the endless coordination off their hands.
The Managed Home is the answer to that request. It is not custom home building. It is stewardship, the discipline of keeping a completed house in the condition it was built to hold.
